Rehab that ends where your sport begins.
Being comfortable at rest is not the same as being ready to sprint, cut, throw, or lift. Sports rehab closes that gap. It rebuilds the strength and control your activity actually demands, then tests them before you go back to it.
Dr. Hochung Jeon assesses the whole body, not just the part that hurts, because the reason a hamstring or a shoulder keeps failing usually sits somewhere else in the chain. You work with him directly at every visit, so your program is adjusted the moment your response to loading changes.
A return you can stand behind, not a guess.
Assessment and Baseline
Dr. Jeon tests strength, mobility, and movement quality on both sides of your body and compares them against what your sport asks of you. That gives you an honest starting point to work back from.
Progressive Loading
Load is added in stages: restore motion, rebuild strength, then add speed, power, and change of direction. Each stage is earned by how you respond, not handed out by the week.
Return Criteria
You go back when you can meet the standards: side-to-side symmetry, control at speed, and confidence in the exact movements your sport demands.
