Getting a stuck spinal segment moving again.
Your spine is a stack of small joints, and each one has a job. When a single segment stops gliding the way it should, the levels above and below take on load they were never built for. That is often why the same spot keeps aching no matter how much you stretch it.
Spinal manipulation is a precise hands-on technique applied to that specific segment to restore its normal motion. Dr. Hochung Jeon uses it as part of a plan, never on its own, and only after a detailed assessment shows which level is actually restricted. His advanced training in the Mulligan Concept shapes how he applies it: movement guided by your response, at the level the examination points to.
Assessed first, treated second.
Segment by Segment Assessment
Dr. Jeon checks how each level of your spine moves and compares it to the levels above and below, along with the hips, ribs, and shoulders that share the load. The restricted segment gets found, not guessed at.
Precise Hands-On Treatment
The technique is applied to that level only, at a direction and force matched to what your joint will accept. Most people notice a change in how they move before they get up from the table.
Movement That Locks It In
You then practice the motion the joint had been avoiding. Skip this part and the segment usually tightens back up within days, which is why it is built into every plan.
